The Pickle Pot Strathalbyn was created as a Delicatessen/Providore/Food Store to showcase local SA producers sought after by many Chefs & food lovers sourcing Ethical, Sustainable Local produce.

As a Chef of almost 30years working in a broad spectrum of establishments, I finally decided to create a business close to home and incorporate Farmers market producers accessible Wednesday-Sunday (outside the usual Saturday & Sunday)

With the passion that has fuelled my career and a desire the share my knowledge I opened The Pickle Pot Strathalbyn on the 21/12/2019.

To incorporate Artisan based producers, who may not have bricks and mortar.

Knowing who your producers are, why we choose ethical sourced, sustainable & just thinking about our food choices.
