John is a contemporary award winning landscape artist with a purpose built studio and gallery to showcase his work.

On visiting the gallery visitors are also welcomed into the studio to see works in progress and the many other pieces in storage.

Amongst John’s awards are the coveted Victor Harbor Art Prize, and three time winner of the acquisitive, Alexandrina Art Prize which are in the Alexandrina Council collection.

Living and painting on the Fleurieu offers an abundance of subject matter that is expressed in John’s unique style of oil painting.

When not in the studio, you may find John and his wife Lydia, in the extensive garden which also adds to the visit.
