Dan Armon, Chef has lived on the Fleurieu Peninsula for the past 7 years where he has run multiple kitchens/businesses including 3 years in Goolwa. This also included a recent stint of 2.5 years as Executive chef at Serafino Winery McLaren Vale, where the restaurant was awarded 2 Good Food Guide chef hats and multiple ABIA best wedding venue awards.
The Team at Birdie Bistro are passionate about the hospitality industry and strive to bring great food & service as well as amazing value to the people of the South Coast.
